Yes! They are important. There are more things that we are going to discuss further in this article that are as important as the former ones to have a sustainable effect towards a healthy lifestyle.
So, how can one balance among the several activities that they consider while trying to lose those extra pounds? Let's go ahead …. 👉👉
1. Correct your meal timings:
Eating at odd timings or skipping meals eventually leads to weight gain rather than weight loss. Our body metabolism depends on the nature's clock. In other words, our metabolism is high in the noon when the sun is at its highest intensity during the day. Feeding your body during the active metabolism state helps the body to efficiently use it with very less chances of storing it as body fats.If our meal timing is not followed accordingly, it causes digestive problems which in turn results in weight management problems.
2. Fasting between the meals:
Knowing what your body needs is important. Going crazy about meal plans, intermittent fasting, or rigorous workouts may do more harm than good to your body. Everybody's body type is different and so, is their need. Observe and analyze what your body needs and what kind of a body you have. For example, if you are a person who already has digestive or diabetic issues, intermittent fasting may not be an option for you to consider as it can worsen your health.
Try not to eat anything between meals. Instead, try to incorporate options like ginger tea, lemon water etc.. to fill up your cravings.
3. Don’t eat out of boredom:
Getting used to a meal routine is not difficult. Water would be your best friend to keep you on this without breaking your streak. When you are satisfied with your bigger meals of the day and you are comfortably leading your way of eating habits, it will be a joy for you to make healthy choices without regrets and compromises. When you make choices based on others opinions or by having unrealistic fitness goals, it will be hard to stay motivated and stick to your routines. It makes you bored about the whole process and you end up eating more that you had been missing all these days.
4. Take good care of your gut:
Have you heard anyone talking about their “GUT FEELING”. Yes!.. This is correct because our gut is considered as our second brain. It has trillions of bacteria that determines the overall health. Gut health is responsible to manage the food digestion, fat storage, hunger pangs. Therefore, healthy intestines make better brain connections which makes good digestion, and tend to lose weight.
So, make your gut smart for overall health. Detox your gut frequently with simple kitchen ingredients like: ginger, ajwain, cinnamon, cumin etc...
5. Too much working out is a stress:
Like we discussed before, we should understand our body and its needs. We need to be gentle and give ourselves realistic tasks. We must always consider weight loss as a small component of our whole health. Whenever we start a new workout routine, we must ask ourselves if we can continue this for the rest of our life. Consider it only if the answer YES!
Have balance between workouts and healthy nutritious food.

6. Mental health VS physical health:
Keep your stress level at check. Stress actually plays a large role in your waistline. We all can be evident of how we reach out to sweet and fatty food options to come out of our stressed feelings. Higher cortisol levels are also responsible for creating fat around the belly.Try to incorporate simple stress management techniques to have that great impact on your well being and help you keep motivated and active towards anything. This automatically keeps all your cravings at check.
